May the Fourth GIVE you Wings QR Hunt

Fairy Godmother Project serves families facing pediatric cancer throughout the state of Virginia. For their annual Event of Giving, FGP is hosting a QR Hunt to get everyone in the community involved and downtown!

Starting Monday, May 4th (May the Fourth GIVE you Wings) the QR Hunt will run through Saturday, May 6th (all entries and posts must be made by 11:59 PM EST).

The boundaries are from the Rappahannock Regional Library on Caroline Street to the FXBG Train station (at the intersection of Caroline Street and Lafayette Blvd).

Participating businesses will have a QR Code -or- sign in their window to have participants locate, scan, and collect clues to solve the Scavenger Hunt puzzle! There are 100’s of dollars in prizes ranging from gift baskets to gift cards from businesses in downtown: Agora, POUR, Latitudes, Sunken Well Tavern, Monkee’s, Gemstone Creations, Kimman’s, Made in Virginia Store, Katora Coffee, Soup & Taco, and Gifted Boutique.

The Fredericksburg Visitor Center has also graciously donated a gift card as one of the prizes, and will have printed directions and goody bags for the first hunters that stop by!
