2nd annual movie night supporting Spotsylvania’s segment of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library!  Come out and enjoy a taco food truck, snow cones and a movie about a boy and his fruit!  Bring chairs and blankets…no alcohol permitted.

Mary’s Ribbons
@Mary Washington Heritage Museum
Join us this month in honoring the memory of Mary Washington and all those who have battled Breast Cancer. The community is invited to tie a pink ribbon to the fence in front of the Mary Washington House during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. You can also add the honoree’s name to be listed in the Book of Honor and Remembrance.

This event is designed as a way for the VFW, American Legion, and other Veteran Service Agencies/Organizations to reach out to all Veterans to help support and advise them on issues that are important to them (VA Benefits, Counseling, and many other issues of interest to Veterans).  There will also be two keynote speakers for this event, which you will not want to miss!

Help the Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire Department celebrate their 75th Anniversary with a parade and family festival.  The parade will begin at the Marshall Center and end at the Merchant Square Building where there will be a touch-a-truck event, DJ, children’s activities, food trucks, craft vendors and MORE!  (**In case of inclement weather we will move the festival indoors to the Marshall Center)
